My service rep, Paul S., did an outstanding job (as usual). As soon as I arrived for my oil change service appointment he very efficiently processed my vehicle, I told him I would wait for it to be completed, and he said he would personally come get me in the waiting room. Within an hour, as promised, my vehicle was completed and he came to get me; very thorough and always courteous and friendly, Paul is the best! I would not go to another Toyota dealership in the northern Virginia area for servicing either of my 2 Toyota vehicles because of his professionalism.

Recomiendo la atención del Sr. Antony Vargas. Ya que el fue la única persona que tuvo la amabilidad de asistirme, le llamas el responde , le texteas el responde. Si por una razón no responde , te devuelve la llamada en breve. El es amable, respetuoso, tiene carisma , una persona que tiene experiencia para tratar aún a los clientes cuando llegan por primera vez en mi caso. Toyota: cuando llegue a la recepción , todo el personal que estuvo presente , solo bajan su cabeza , cuando uno se acerca a preguntar algo. Y cuando uno llama nunca contestan , y el servicio en línea es pésimo , no da opciones, y solo sale el diálogo que tiene que llamar en atención al cliente para que un representante ayude. Hice un sin fin de llamadas , tuve chat con asistentes, y hasta la fecha sigo esperando la confirmación de una cita.

I wanted to take the time and write a review on the awesome experience I have had. It’s been a minute since I have met a service advisor who takes the time and helps make the process go smoothly. He values your time and does the research and also communicates. Nadir Ali has been very helpful. He follows up with you on the progress. He is polite and gets things done. I really appreciate his attention to detail and being a great help when I needed my truck serviced for a recall two broken seat trims and a flat tire.

Paul Sonnhalter always does an excellent job when I need to schedule the required maintenance. Paul keeps me updated throughout the sevice. The Service Team does an excellent job in getting me in and out in a timely manner, with all required work completed.

Honestly a 5 star for a dealership, saw a comedian talk about how is this the only item other than a house you have to haggle or barter. Anyways go in knowing what you want and what your trade in is worth. Stand your ground, they are not overly pushy like some of the other dealerships around. Seem to have a great service center. The finance department was great. Took care of me and we both overlooked something on my registration, called the next morning and it was fixed immediately. I will probably service my car here and purchase our next Toyota in a year or 2 once the demand for the Sequoia drops.

I dropped off my vehicle for two issues prior to leaving for vacation. The car was taken care of while we were gone and was ready for pickup upon our return. Will B. had great communication with us throughout the whole process and kept us updated on the status of the repairs. Shout out to Will for great customer service and communication and for understanding our timeline for the repairs.

I came to Toyota Springfield location I got it RAV4 Hybrid 2024 model love the car but should Maintence keep it for lifetime not for 2 years.i recommend to keep Toyota oil change for lifetime .my car is great lovin it and I got good deals on it.Staff very friendly in this location.just keep oil meaintence for life .other people will get more shopping from here.

I nave just bought a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander XLE from Priority Toyota on April 24, 2024. I was extremely happy, satisfied, and pleased with the staff help, guidance, support, and exceptional customer service and courtesy. Everyone was nice, caring, professional, considerate, competent, and kind, especially salesmen Justin Freeman & Jacob as well as Sam Roboes, the Financial Manager for his financial expertise. All in all, it was a gratifying, pleasant, and enjoyable experience for me. Keep up the job of providing excellent customer-service satisfaction.

My five star experience with Priority Toyota was repeated a second time. The sales representative, Peter Campbell, went above and beyond for both me and my young adult daughter, who was buying the car. He treated her like the client, answered any questions, was responsive to our texts but never reached out to me or called me unsolicited. He was patient and even helped her tailor the car to her tastes. The finance person, Sam, didn't try to over sell me and completed my transaction quickly. I can't say enough about this dealership. Based on the last car we got there, the service department has repeatedly helped my daughter, even with questions on basic preventative service. Great dealership overall.

I just bought my 2024 Toyota Tundra from priority Toyota Springfield. Was a great experience from the moment we arrived we were greeted at the door from our salesman Mr.Melvin who I can only say has great knowledge about his cars , answered every question was very polite and respectful. This Man is no doubt a great salesman. Not to mention Mr. Adam the Manager, a very humble approachable man who was there to make sure of his customers satisfaction. Won’t forget his words” what can we do to make you go home happy today? “ And there was nothing that we asked for that wasn’t done ❤️ Going to the financial department Mrs. Doris who was very transparent with everything showed us all out options and and suggested the best. Not only that but reserved a call after the sale was done to ensure our sale and experience was meeting they’re A+ expectation If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would definitely Great team
